Ann Birkinbine has been the Event Coordinator at Turner Hall Ballroom since 2011. She will work with you from your first inquiry to your final planning meeting. Ann appreciates how unique a space Turner Hall Ballroom is and loves working with couples who incorporate their own personal style into the natural beauty of the building.
In addition to an on-site Event Coordinator, your rental comes with support staff to keep your wedding on track.
If requested, our Tech Director will help set up and oversee all AV needs for the duration of your rental, including the facilitation of any equipment rentals, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The Turner Hall Ballroom bar staff will handle drink orders for the evening. Custom signs will be created to let your guests know what is available to them as part of the hosted bar.
Our Event Staff assist with setting up tables, chairs and room décor. Our on site set up staff will take care of switching the Ballroom from a concert venue to a wedding venue.
The House Manager greets and directs guests, as well as offering guests elevator access if needed. Our House Manager will make sure that only those attending your wedding make their way into the Ballroom.
